MaxiFeeder

The versatility of the MaxiFeeder makes it ideal for customers with large volume jobs with inserts of different sizes.

This optional high-capacity feeder fits all M6000A and M8000 series Hasler folder/ inserters. It handles paper sizes from short inserts to legal size. The MaxiFeeder accommodates up to 325 BREs/BRCs, or 1,200 sheets of 20lbs paper, making it ideal for larger volume jobs.

BRE MaxiFeeder

The versatile BRE MaxiFeeder is the perfect match for customers requiring greater production output.

This optional high-capacity feeder is specially designed for Hasler's M5000 series folder/ inserter. It holds documents up to 6" long, making it ideal for feeding BREs, BRCs or other short inserts without continuous reloading. And with a capacity of up to 325 documents the BRE MaxiFeeder is perfect for large jobs requiring return envelopes or postcards.

VersaFeeder

This high-capacity feeder specializes in handling thick materials that previously were impossible to process. The versatility of the VersaFeeder makes it the ideal solution for mailrooms and fulfillment houses.

The high-capacity M9000 VersaFeeder improves productivity, saving you time and money. It handles an assortment of documents, from 20 lb. paper to 5 mm thick booklets, stapled or unstapled. It can feed such diverse items as pre-packaged CDs and DVDs, as well as cards and BREs, and is bottom feeding, allowing for continuous reloading without stopping the machine.

IntelliRead

Hasler's exclusive IntelliRead puts you in control of sensitive mailings, while saving you time and money!

IntelliRead is Hasler's exclusive OMR Mark Generation Software. It enables you to create OMR marks on a variety of applications such as check runs, invoices, statements, explanation of benefits (EOBs), bills and other documents with variable data. Easy to set up and use, IntelliRead lets you take full advantage of the OMR reading software on Hasler Folder/Inserters, saving you time and money.

Conveyor Stacker

Increase efficiency by stacking your filled envelopes.

The optional timed conveyor stacker fits on all M5000 and M6000 series Hasler folder/inserters. It is designed to conveniently and efficiently stack filled envelopes processed by the folder/ inserter. With a capacity of up to 100 filled envelopes, operators spend less time emptying the conveyor compared with traditional catch trays. And with an optional conveyor stacker extension, output capacity is increased to 200 filled envelopes.

Custom Stand

Heavy-duty custom stand accommodates any Hasler M-series folder/inserter.

This steel body, heavy-duty stand accommodates all Hasler M-series folder/inserters, HJ-series address printers, and HT tabbers. The stand is available in 30" and 62" lengths. With adjustable legs, the stand can be set at heights ranging from 28" to 33", allowing for postage meter interfacing. Behind two double doors is a large storage space for paper supplies and other items. Optional casters provide efficient mobility of the equipment.
